تحرير المرآه بين الماضى والحاضر
كثرت الكتابات التي تبين ما وصلت إليه مكانة المرأة في المجتمعات الإنسانية قبل الإسـلام، سواء بأقلام مسلمة أو بغيرها، كما كثرت الكتابات التي تتحدث عنها في ظل الإسلام، وكل منها يتبنى مواقف مختلفة حسب مرجعيتها، إلا أنها قليلة تلك الكتابات التي قارنت بين حريتها، أو بمعنى أصح بين تحريرها وتحسين وضعيتها في ظل مختلف الحضارات، وبين تحريرها من مختلف العبوديات وإعلاء مكانتها وشأنها في ظل حضارة الإسلام. وبما أنه لا يمكن تجاوز هذا الأمر لتبيين حقيقة وضعية المرأة، وما خسرته حين حادت عن منهج شريعتها، فإنني سأتعرض بإيجاز لذلك.
احتلت المرأة مكانة مهينة في المجتمعات الإنسانية القديمة، حسب معتقداتها وتصوراتـها؛ ففي الهند مثلاً نجد في أساطير «مانو» مثلاً ما يعبر عن وصفها بالدنس ومقارنتها بالباطل، ولم تتحسن النظرة إليها حتى وقتنا الحاضر إلا قليلاً جداً بحكم تمازج الحضارات في المجتمعات الهندية.
وفي اليونان، لم يكن لها أي قيمة تذكر سوى اعتبارها شيئاً ممتعاً للرجل يستخدمه للذته ومتعته، وكانت فاقدة الأهلية كالطفل وغير العاقل، لكن المرأة بدأت تأخذ مكانة مهمة في المجتمع مع وصول الحضارة اليونانية إلى أوجها، وبدلاً من أن تتحرر بوصفها إنساناً كامل الأهلية أصبحت رمزاً للجمال المادي، فانتشر الفساد والإباحية باسم الفن والجمال، وأصبح التحرر مرادفاً للتحلل والفاحشة.
واعتبرت المرأة عند الرومان مساعدة للشيطان، ونفسها لا تقارن بنفس الرجل، فهي وضيعة لا تستحق الخلود في الآخرة.. وكان القانون الروماني يعطي للرجل السلطة المطلقة عليها، التي قد تصل إلى حد التعذيب والقتل، ثم انقلب القانون فجعلها مستقلة استقلالاً تاماً بدون ضابط، فتعدد الزواج والطلاق بصورة مهولة، وأصبح الزنا شيئاً يعترف به القانون، وكانت مهنة الدعارة من أكثر المهن رواجاً حتى بين نساء العائلات العريقة، وبذلك كان التحرر في العهد الروماني مطابقاً أيضاً للتحلل والفساد.
وكانت المجتمعات التي تدين بالمسيحية، تشكك في مجرد إنسانية المرأة، وفي امتلاكها لروح تؤهلها للخلود، وأهدرت كنيستهم شأن المرأة، واعتبرتها ممثلة للخطيئة.. ورغم كثرة الحديث عن الحرية التي ملكتها المرأة الغربية في العصر الحديث إلا أنها لم تستطع بعد أن تأخذ كثيراً من حقوقها، وخاصة في ظل التشدق بحقوق الإنسان والمساواة وغيرها من الألفاظ التي تطبق معانيها بانتقائية، فنجدها مثلاً غير متساوية في الأجرة الوظيفية مع الرجل رغم قيامها بالعمل نفسه، كما أنها تستغل في الدعاية لتسويق مختلف السلع والبضائع، ويستغل جسدها لتشييئه، أي جعله مجرد شيء للاستهلاك، وعرضه حسب قانون العرض والطلب نفسه، وغير ذلك من ألوان المهانة التي تتعرض لها المرأة، والتي تؤكد أن المرأة ما زالت تخضع لرغبات الرجل في عالم تسوده النـزعة الذكورية المستغلة لجسد المرأة.
وفي المجتمعات اليهودية، سُوِّيت المرأة بالخدم؛ لأنها دون مرتبة الرجل، وأجازت شريعتهم لأبيها الحق في بيعها وهي طفلة، لأنها موصومة بطابع الخطيئة البشرية الأولى، كما جاء في سفر التكوين، ولم تتحسن حالتها إلا كما تحسنت حالة مثيلتها في المجتمعات المسيحية، بوصفها عنواناً للإغواء ومتاعاً للذة والمتعة وكل متطلبات الرجل الحسية.
أما العرب، فقد كانوا رغم اتصافهم بالمروءة والشهامة التي تحتم عليهم حماية المرأة وتبويئها مكانة متميزة داخل الأسرة، إلا أن الكثير منهم لم يكن يرحب بميلاد الأنثى، وقد وثق القرآن الكريم طبيعة استقبالهم لها في قوله تعالى: ((وَإِذَا بُشّرَ أَحَدُهُمْ بِٱلاْنْثَىٰ ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ () يَتَوَارَىٰ مِنَ ٱلْقَوْمِ مِن سُوء مَا بُشّرَ بِهِ أَيُمْسِكُهُ عَلَىٰ هُونٍ أَمْ يَدُسُّهُ فِى ٱلتُّرَابِ أَلاَ سَآء مَا يَحْكُمُونَ)) (النحل:58-59)، ويقول تعالى في آية أخرى مقرراً قساوة معاملة الأنثى: ((وَإِذَا ٱلْمَوْءودَةُ سُئِلَتْ () بِأَىّ ذَنبٍ قُتِلَتْ)) (التكوير:8-9)، فالمرأة في الجاهلية لم تكن تملك من نفسها شيئاً، فقد كانت تُستعبد وتُذل وتُكْره على البغاء، ولا تستفتى في الزواج، ويظاهرها زوجها، وتعضل إذا كانت أرملة، أو تورث، وغير ذلك من مظاهر المهانة والاستعباد.
من هنا يمكن القول باطمئنان: بأن المرأة لم تجد نفسها وتحتل مكانتها الطبيعية وتتحرر تحرراً كاملاً بوصفها إنساناً مكتمل الأهلية والحقوق إلا في ظل الإسـلام، حيث تحررت من شـتى العبوديات إلا عبادة الله تعالى وحده لا شريك له، وأصبحت مؤهلة أهلية تامة غير مقيدة إلا بما حرم الله عز وجل ورسوله، في جميع تصرفاتها وأحوالها الشخصية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية.
بل إن المرأة في عهد الحضارة الإسلامية وعت أن القرآن الكريم يريد أن يجعل منها امرأة قادرة على تحمل الأمانة، فاستجابت لذلك وتكاملت مع أخيها الرجل في حمل أمانة الخلافة على الأرض بثقلها ومسؤولياتها، واستطاعت حماية حقوقها التي منحها الله عز وجل إياها، دون أن تفرط فيها أو تتـنازل عنها أو تتسـاهل فـيها، كما عملت على أداء واجباتـها غير منقوصـة تجاه ربـها أولاً ثم تجاه نفسها وأسرتـها ومجتمعها وأمتها، وعاشت في ظل كل هذا مكرمة ومعززة.
لكن هذه المكانة تسلل إليها الوهن والخلل حين ابتعد المسلمون عن منابع وجودهم، القرآن والسـنة، فساء تصورهم للمرأة ولحقوقها وواجباتها، وسـاء تبعاً لذلك سلوكهم في معاملتها، و«تعدوا حدود الله في ذلك فظلموا أنفسـهم وظلموها وخصوصاً في عصور التخلف، التي بعدت الأمـة فيها – إلا من رحم ربك- عن هدي النبوة ووسـطية الإسـلام ومنهج السلف الذي يتميز باليسر والاعتدال».
فرزحت المرأة في ظل عبودية التخلف والظلم والجهل بعد أن حررها الله تعالى وفتح لها أبواب الحياة للمساهمة في بناء حضارتها أسوة بالنساء المؤمنات في عهد النبوة والعهود اللاحقة له، حين كانت الأمة الإسلامية تقود العالم وتوجهه للصراط المستقيم، ولم تعد المرأة تحتل مكانتها الحقيقية داخل الأسرة والمجتمع.
وفي خضم هذا الوضع المزري الذي بلغته، كثرت الدعوات التحررية وحاولت إخراجها من تخلفها ومعاناتها، إلا أن ابتعاد هذه الدعوات عن امتلاك رؤية نابعة من صميم حضارتها، وإصرارها على ضرورة تقليد النموذج النسائي الغربي من أجل التحرر، أفرز وضعية ماسخة للمرأة، وأبعدها عن معالم الطريق الصحيح، الذي يجب اتباعه من أجل امتلاك ذاتها من جديد، والمساهمة في استعادة مبدأ الخيرية الذي اختصت به هذه الأمة، والعمل بجانب الرجل في تحقيقه على أرض الحقيقة والواقع: ((كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنْكَرِ)) (آل عمران:110)، شرط تحسينها من مستوى أدائها لمنهج الله دون تطرف أو تمييع، وتقديم النموذج الصالح من نفسها لتكون قدوة ومثلاً للانضباط والحزم والتسامح والحوار، لأبنائها والمحيطين بها.
